Overview
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) tells you whether your fixed wiring is safe to keep using – and what needs attention if not.
We inspect and test your installation, explain the findings in plain English and can carry out any remedial work needed.

For most commercial premises, fixed wiring should be inspected at intervals of no more than five years – sooner for some building types or where the last report recommends it.
